Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Naija Meals' services, including but not limited to website creation, driver platform integration, and related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Naija Meals provides professional website creation services for restaurants and integrates these websites with our driver platform network. Our services include:

• Design and development of professional restaurant websites
• Integration with driver platform for delivery services
• Website hosting and maintenance (as specified in individual agreements)
• Technical support and assistance

We are not responsible for the food quality, preparation, or safety of meals prepared by restaurants using our services. We provide technology solutions only.

Website Creation Services

Free Website Provision: We provide website creation services at no cost to restaurants. This includes design, development, and initial setup. The website remains the property of Naija Meals, but restaurants have full use and control of their website for business purposes.

Website Features: Websites include standard features such as menu display, order management, customer interface, and driver platform integration. Additional features may be available upon request and may be subject to separate terms.

Content Responsibility: Restaurants are responsible for providing accurate information including menu items, prices, descriptions, and images. Naija Meals is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading content provided by restaurants.

Driver Platform Integration

Integration Services: We integrate restaurant websites with our driver platform network to facilitate delivery services. Driver rates are negotiated separately and are subject to market conditions.

Best Rates: We strive to provide the best available rates for driver services. Rates may vary based on location, distance, time, and other factors. We are not responsible for driver availability or delivery times.

Driver Network: We maintain a network of independent drivers. We are not responsible for driver conduct, delivery quality, or any issues arising from driver services. Restaurants may contact us to report driver-related issues.

Fees and Payments

Zero Commission: Naija Meals does not charge any commission on restaurant orders or sales. Restaurants keep 100% of their revenue from orders placed through their website.

Website Costs: Website creation and basic hosting are provided free of charge. Additional services, premium features, or customizations may be subject to fees as agreed upon in writing.

Driver Fees: Driver delivery fees are separate from our services and are charged directly to customers or restaurants as agreed. These fees are not collected by Naija Meals.

Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their business, menu, and pricing
• Maintain food quality and safety standards in accordance with local regulations
• Respond to customer orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Protect customer data and maintain privacy standards

Intellectual Property

Website Ownership: The website design, code, and platform remain the intellectual property of Naija Meals. Restaurants are granted a license to use the website for their business operations.

Content Ownership: Restaurant content including menu items, descriptions, images, and business information remain the property of the restaurant. By using our services, restaurants grant Naija Meals a license to use this content for website display and promotional purposes.

Prohibited Use: Restaurants may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the website or platform without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of Naija Meals services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information and customer data.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of restaurants and their customers. Data collected through restaurant websites is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

Naija Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Food quality or safety issues
• Delivery delays or failures
• Driver conduct or performance
• Technical failures or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if services were provided free of charge.

Termination

By Restaurant: Restaurants may discontinue use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, access to the website and platform will be discontinued.

By Naija Meals: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a restaurant violates these terms, engages in illegal activities, or fails to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Data Retention: Upon termination, we may retain restaurant data for a reasonable period as required by law or for business purposes. Restaurants may request data deletion in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to restaurants via email or through the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
